RYLA is a weekend seminar for young people between the ages of 19 and 24, where participants are introduced to the foundations of the European community of values and the high value of a free and democratic basic order.
The seminar focuses on your personal development, teamwork, how you want to lead, and your willingness and motivation to take on responsibility. Dare to think outside the box in dialogue with the other participants and find exciting new ideas about values and meaning in your private, professional and social life.
The three-day programme includes outdoor activities, talks by diverse personalities, group exercises, discussion rounds and fireside chats as well as plenty of time to get to know each other and network.
This seminar is intended for students and young professionals between the ages of 19 and 24 and will be held in English language. The costs for the seminar will be covered by 3 Rotary Districts.
